Fruit salad

I love to eat mixed fruit salad any time as a snack, main meal or as a dessert…. And also for breakfast whizzed up into a smoothie. Delicious and also healthy.

How to : Simply cut up different fruits like mangoes, peaches, kiwi and apples. Sprinkle over a few grapes, blueberries/raspberries and pomegranate seeds.

For a refreshing smoothie add a sliced banana and get an adult to whizz it up.
